Breathwork & Yin Yoga: A Community Reset
This session is designed to help you slow down, release stress, and re-center- all within a space that honors creativity, culture, and collective care.
This class is open to all levels. No experience is necessary.
What to Expect:
Breathwork- to calm the nervous system and settle the mind
Yin Yoga- a slow, meditative practice with longer-held postures
A quiet space to reflect, reset, and soften into stillness
Respect for the space and community holding us
Make sure to bring:
A yoga mat
Comfortable clothes
Water
Optional- any props that can help you feel more comfortable. A pillow, blanket, bolster, block, etc.

Are you feeling like you are on auto-pilot? Burning out? Tired of feeling stressed?
Take the time to reset with Link, on the first Monday of every month!
This is a guided breathwork meditation to help ease into the day and start a new month feeling centered and grounded.
We'll do some breathwork sequences to invite calm, visualize our day and the month ahead, and close with breathwork to bring us back into focus.

We will have time at the end for questions and a quick reflection.

Link is partnering with the Tianguis de la Raza and El Centro Cultural de la Raza to provide accessible breathwork and Reiki sessions to the community.
Pop in for a 15-minute session to relieve stress and reset your energy.
