This is a facilitated breathwork session. Your team will be guided through various breathwork sequences meant to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, inviting employees to release the effects of stress, reset their nervous system, and recharge. Participants will be able to identify one or two breathwork sequences that they felt the most supported by, and turn to this tool in the moments they need it most.

This is a gentle yoga session, either Yin or Chair yoga, designed to counter the effects of a sedentary lifestyle. Employees will be guided to tune into their body, identify areas of tightness or stagnation, and ease tension. After this session, your employees will have tools to recognize and release tension throughout the day.

In this session, your employees will be guided through a targeted meditation to unwind, restore, and refocus. Employees will leave with a tool to break unproductive cycles and approach challenges with a fresh perspective.

In this session, employees will be invited to pause and reflect on their role, habits, and patterns that continue to cycle through their work day. Reiki is energy work. This is a unique modality to introduce into work environments; however, energetic blockages affect us at work daily. For example, if your team faces challenges regarding communication, a Reiki session that focuses on the Throat Chakra could help move your team forward. Each session is unique, and its intention will be tailored directly to your team.
