Tanja is a burnout coach approaching change management with a fusion of organizational consulting and wellness, offering 1-1 coaching and corporate restorative teambuilders.

Women leave high-level leadership roles at a higher rate than ever. On a mission to support women in the workforce, Tanja provides 1-1 coaching to women at all levels of leadership, helping them to identify the blockages preventing authentic leadership, establishing rituals for productivity and wellness, and reconnecting them to a healthy work-life balance.

Tanja also provides organization-wide programming to prevent employee burnout and contribute to healthy work environments such as restorative teambuilders and wellness clinics.

Tanja’s approach combines 15+ years of professional work experience across all levels of an organization from entry-level to leadership, expanding across multiple international settings, a master's in Leadership and Nonprofit Management, and organizational change consulting.
