A few years ago, I stepped into the role of Chief of Staff at a remote start-up that had all the signs of potential, and none of the structure. For a systems and process enthusiast like me, it was a dream challenge. There were no formal processes, no training or onboarding, no role clarity, no templates, and no centralized documentation. High turnover and operational chaos were the norm.

While the team felt overwhelmed, I saw an opportunity. I led a comprehensive needs assessment and promptly began designing an operational foundation from scratch. I implemented onboarding programs, established clear roles and responsibilities, built scalable workflows, and standardized internal documentation—all to bring flow, alignment, and sustainability to the organization.

But as I spent more time with the team, I noticed a deeper issue: even with better systems in place, people were still struggling. Stress, burnout, and emotional exhaustion were deeply embedded in the company culture. Productivity improved, but morale didn’t. I realized that structure alone wasn’t enough. To truly transform the employee experience, we needed to address the internal human aspect of work.

Having faced burnout earlier in my career, I began sharing the wellness tools that helped me recover. I led breathwork sessions, opened meetings with mindfulness, and incorporated reflection-based prompts into 1-1’s. Gradually, the culture began to shift. Employees showed up more present, self-aware, engaged, and grounded. This wasn’t just about impacting operations—it was also about reshaping the way people can experience work.

I founded Link to bridge the gap between operational efficiency and employee well-being. Link brings evidence-based tools, such as meditation, breathwork, and mindful reflection, into the workplace, literally creating space for people to manage stress, prevent burnout, and develop sustainable work habits that benefit both individuals and organizations.

I design customized corporate wellness programs tailored to each company’s unique culture and challenges, with the simple goal of empowering employees to take care of themselves.
