Are you feeling like you are on auto-pilot? Burning out? Tired of feeling stressed?

Take the time to reset with Link, on the first Monday of every month!

This is a guided breathwork meditation to help ease into the day and start a new month feeling centered and grounded.

We'll do some breathwork sequences to invite calm, visualize our day and the month ahead, and close with breathwork to bring us back into focus. There is optional time left at the end for journaling and reflecting, which is highly recommended!
