Reconnect You Your Time

Does it ever feel like you can’t find a minute to yourself? 

In this guided meditation, take a pause and reconnect with your time. Visualize moments that feel good and visualize incorporating those moments into your schedule. 

This meditation starts with calming breathwork to drop into the moment, continues with a guided meditation (there are long pauses to consider the prompts), and ends with breathwork to bring you back into focus. 

It’s a creative meditation offering prompts to visualize- allow yourself to explore this with creativity! 

This meditation is recommended for the beginning of the month or to get ahead of a busy week.
